Ensuring the Best Experience - PLEASE READ!

At Tiwa Salon, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hair Salon. Booking Tips, Hints, and Policies

 

PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

 

 You will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure to follow instructions in email. Deposit, hair prep (Wash & Blow Dried), etc..

Need more help? Send an email to your preferred stylist with your request and you will receive a response within 48 hours.

 

DEPOSIT- send your deposit within 12 hours of your booking to secure your appointment

This payment goes towards your overall total. Your appointment will be cancelled if deposit is not sent.

 

Late Fees – All clients have a grace period of 15 minutes!

After the grace period an additional $10 will be added to your appointment total.

After 30 minutes your appointment is cancelled and your deposit is fortified.

 

Rescheduling: Deposit is transferable for ONE appointment

To transfer deposit, rescheduling must be done latest 24 hours in advance to not result in loss of deposit!

Failure to follow requirements will result in loss of deposit.

Braiding hair – is not provided. The shop carries some braiding hair but may not have the hair you want.

Payment Options: payment remainder required immediately after service
